The SAE 45° Flare fittings are designed for use with liquefied petroleum (LP) gas, refrigeration, natural gas, instrumentation, pneumatic systems, and other applications where copper, brass, aluminum and steel tubing can be flared.

• Manufactured from CA360/C36000 (ASTM B16) or CA377/C37700 (ASTM B124) brass
• Meets functional requirements of SAE
• Recommended for higher pressures than those covered by compression fittings
• Temperature rating: -65° F to 250° F at maximum operating pressures
• Pressure rating: 2,000 PSI maximum based on tube size
